Aerator Shipment and Installation Continue for the Denizli OIZ Wastewater Treatment Plant Project

As part of the Denizli Organized Industrial Zone Wastewater Treatment Plant Project, we successfully completed the first-stage shipment and installation of the sixteen 90 kW surface aerators that we are responsible for supplying.

At this stage of the project, eight surface aerators were shipped to the site and installed. The shipment and installation of the remaining eight aerators are continuing in accordance with the project schedule.

High Efficiency Aeration for the Biological Treatment Process

Aeration systems play a critical role in the efficient and stable operation of biological treatment processes in wastewater treatment plants. The 90 kW surface aerators to be used in the project were selected to meet the plant’s process requirements through their high oxygen transfer capacity and effective mixing performance.

Thanks to their specially designed horizontal flow pattern and 360-degree coverage, the aerators support the uniform distribution of oxygen throughout the basin. Adapting to different process conditions and varying water levels, the equipment provides long-lasting and reliable operating performance through its robust and compact structure, low-vibration operation, and ease of maintenance.

These features support the efficiency of the biological treatment process while contributing to the plant’s long-term and sustainable operation.

Shipment and Installation Are Progressing as Planned

With the completion of the first-stage installation work, another important phase of the project has been successfully completed. The shipment and installation of the remaining aerators are continuing in a coordinated manner, taking the site conditions and project schedule into account.

Once all the equipment has been commissioned, the aim is to increase the plant’s aeration capacity, ensure the balanced distribution of oxygen throughout the basin, and support the performance of the biological treatment process.
