Aqua Proses Aerators Commissioned at MUSKİ Wastewater Treatment Plants

We successfully completed the shipment, installation, testing, and commissioning of the aerators supplied for the Marmaris and Milas Wastewater Treatment Plants operated by the Muğla Water and Sewerage Administration (MUSKİ).

As part of the project, three 55 kW aerators were installed at the Marmaris Wastewater Treatment Plant and two at the Milas Wastewater Treatment Plant, bringing the total to five units. Following the completion of the technical inspections, the equipment, with a total installed capacity of 275 kW, was put into operation.

Testing and Commissioning Process from Romania to Muğla

Before shipment to the project sites, we successfully completed the factory acceptance tests of the aerators in Romania with the participation of our General Manager, Levent Öztürk. During the testing process, the equipment’s operating performance and compliance with the project requirements were thoroughly examined, and the necessary technical evaluations were carried out.

Following factory acceptance, the equipment was shipped to the Marmaris and Milas Wastewater Treatment Plants, where the installation work was completed. On-site performance and oxygen tests were conducted to verify the aerators’ operating values under actual process conditions. After the tests were successfully completed, the systems were commissioned and made ready for operation.

Reliable Aeration Performance at Two Treatment Plants

Aeration systems play a critical role in supplying the oxygen required by biological processes in wastewater treatment plants. Offering high oxygen transfer capacity and effective mixing performance, the aerators contribute to the efficient and stable operation of the biological treatment process.

The 55 kW aerators commissioned at the Marmaris and Milas plants support the facilities’ aeration requirements with their reliable and efficient operating characteristics while providing long-lasting performance.
