We Successfully Completed the Second Acceptance Tests for the Aerators in Romania

As part of the Denizli Organized Industrial Zone Wastewater Treatment Plant Project, we successfully completed the second-stage factory acceptance tests in Romania for the sixteen 90 kW surface aerators that we are responsible for supplying.
During the first stage of the project, the shipment, installation, and commissioning of eight surface aerators were completed. The factory acceptance tests for the remaining eight aerators were carried out during the second stage with the participation of our General Manager, Levent Öztürk. During the tests, the equipment’s performance and compliance with the project requirements were thoroughly inspected.
Technical Compliance Confirmed During the Second Acceptance Tests
During the factory acceptance tests conducted in Romania, the aerators’ operating performance, technical specifications, and compliance with the project requirements were thoroughly examined. The inspections confirmed that the equipment met the project criteria, and the necessary technical evaluations were completed.
Factory acceptance testing is one of the key stages of the project, as it verifies that the equipment meets the specified technical requirements before being shipped to the site. This process allows the aerators’ performance to be evaluated under controlled conditions and ensures that the subsequent shipment and installation activities proceed safely and according to plan.
A New Stage in the Denizli OIZ Project
Following the completion of the installation and commissioning of the eight aerators shipped during the first stage, the project entered a new phase with the acceptance tests of the remaining eight units.
The shipment, installation, and commissioning of the successfully tested aerators will continue in accordance with the project schedule and site programme. Once all the equipment has been commissioned, a total of sixteen surface aerators will contribute to the efficient and stable operation of the plant’s biological treatment process.

The 90 kW surface aerators used in the project were selected to meet the plant’s process requirements with their high oxygen transfer capacity and effective mixing performance.
Thanks to their specially designed horizontal flow pattern and 360-degree coverage, the aerators support the uniform distribution of oxygen throughout the basin and adapt to different process conditions and varying water levels. Their robust and compact structure, low-vibration operation, and ease of maintenance provide long-lasting and reliable operating performance.
